Xiaomi is releasing MIUI 8.2 for some of their devices instead of eagerly awaited MIUI 9.
The first batch of devices that are eligible to get the update:
* Xiaomi Mi Max
* Xiaomi Mi Max Prime
* Xiaomi Mi 4i
* Xiaomi Mi 3
* Xiaomi Mi 4
* Xiaomi Mi Note
* Xiaomi Redmi 1s
* Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G
The interesting part is, xiaomi updated a post on their official Weibo account with a picture saying that "See You Tomorrow"
Xiaomi Mi 5, is the last year flagship which has been recently got updated to MIUI 8.2 based on Android 7.0 Nougat, and it is also released MIUI 8.2 beta version for Mi Mix and Mi Mix Prime.
A few days back xiaomi released Redmi Note 4 in India and also announced that they would release the nougat update. hopefully, they released the beta version of android nougat based MIUI 8.1.2 beta. which is in testing.
